I started growing corn on my apartment’s deck a few weeks ago. I haven’t killed it yet. Only problem so far is the density — I planted too much corn in the pots. I think it will still turn out all right.

While this isn’t much corn compared to the Querna Family Farm*, I think its a good first crop.

    LOL, yeah, but you can transplant them maybe??? Great looking corn plants. MMM, corn on the cob with butter -> mouth waters. You are such a geek ;) having a google map picture. Ha ha ha.

    Paul,
    you could buy some amonia fertilzer, to help the corn grow - but be careful - do not want homeland security to wonder about you.

    Justin, this variety grows to about 6.5 Feet Tall :)
