		<description>I would love to give you a job description and tell you that I have the perfect opportunity for you, but that would be ridiculous since I have no idea where you are in your career and if the timing is right for you to explore new opportunities.

I can tell you we are working with several reputable and successful software companies in Seattle &#038; the Bay Area that are building search related products.  Would you be open to explore a situation if it was significantly better than what you're doing today?
